This lovely home in downtown Lewes offers lots of nooks for you to enjoy! The main floor has a sitting room, living room, dining room and large kitchen. Adjacent to the kitchen is a wonderful screened porch complete with a sectional sofa and picnic table. Take a peek into the back yard to see the private pool and hot tub!! Just beyond the pool area is a guest house with a bedroom, full bathroom and living area complete with an additional sleeping space. The second floor of the main house has three additional bedrooms. Spend your days in the comfort of your own yard with private pool, walk up town for fine dining and shopping or take a quick trip up to Lewes Beach. The choice is yours! This property does not allow pets All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00\. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO. The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age. Spoke to your customer service…..jumped through all hoops to get refund of $671….no contact at this time from your service…if not refunded expeditiously…..will never use company again ##### Nan I.
