An elevator takes you to the third level of this reverse living plan home where you will find; a well-appointed and modern kitchen perfect for those who enjoy cooking and dining in, a large en-suite primary bedroom with a Juliette balcony, a great room with plenty of space to lounge, dining room with beverage center, wine fridge, outdoor spaces making the most of the bay views, including a large screened in porch and a rooftop deck perfect for sunset watching. A few houses from the beach, this wonderful vacation home has plenty of room for your family and friends and offers community amenities such as a pool, private fishing pier, and tennis courts. Your time spent here will be remembered for years to come. Other amenities include an elevator, curb-less shower in second primary suite bathroom, two gas fireplaces, gas grill, outdoor shower and EV-2 charger in garage. Historic Lewes, DE, the first city in the first state. The small town of Lewes offers quaint shops, a variety of restaurants, boating, a lighthouse, colonial and WWII sites, in addition to Delaware Bay beaches and the ocean side Cape Henlopen State Park. It is located a few hours from metropolitan cities, including Washington DC, Baltimore, Philadelphia, and New York. The State Park and Cape May Ferry are on either side of the Cape Shores community, and downtown Lewes is a short 1.5 miles away. Local attractions include bike trails, bike/boat rentals, kayaking, paddle boarding, jet skis, nature center, fishing, bay side pier and military history. Nearby, on Route One, enjoy water/amusement parks, outlet shopping, golf, or the Rehoboth Beach & boardwalk, with more activities, shops, excellent restaurants, and family fun. The interior is much nicer than the pictures online. The house is very well appointed and clean! We particularly enjoyed the screened-in porch and the big sky view from the roof-top terrace. We even saw dolphins, a favorite pastime when we go on these family vacation. It rained several days during our stay but we did have the chance to explore the pool complex, the beach, and Cape Henlopen State Park. We would come back again! ##### Christine P.
