Excellent for families, also with children, or for small groups. 2 balconies, one with with table and chairs. Well-equipped kitchen. Living room with 2 sofas, dining table, TV with some European free-to-air channels. Perfect location: 100 meters from beach (“Bagni Vallesanta” area) and 100 meters from the starting point of the amazing cycling path “Pista Ciclopedonale Maremonti” (panoramic, along the sea, derived from the old railway) Walking or cycling, you can reach Bonassola and Framura. There are many small free beaches along the path. If you don’t want to bring your bikes, you can rent them in Levanto. Small supermarket at 250 meters. Larger supermarkets: 500/600 meters. There is not a private parking place. However, upon request, we can provide you with a special ticket to park for free in the city of Levanto (only for one car), the cost is 5€ per day. This ticket allows to park in all paid parking places for free. This ticket is not a private reserved parking; it allows to park for free in the blue lines in the city - with the exception of the parking above the beach, where it's not free, but there is a reduced hourly rate. Important information: communication between guest and host is necessary. We always try our best to provide a great service, but, to do so, information is needed before your arrival. \- if you wish to find the beds already made, please contact us some days before your arrival with the necessary information on which bed configuration you prefer. Otherwise, we won't be able to prepare them beforehand. \- if you don't provide us with your mobile phone number, and if don't tell us your estimated time of arrival, you may have to wait some time for the receptionist to arrive and welcome you. We stayed in Apartment Fernanda 2 - Levanto for 6 nights & 5 days in early Sept 2023\. Levanto is perfect for exploring all Cinque Terre villages thru the excellent train service, which used 3 of our 5 days. Fernanda 2 location itself is also excellent - an easy 15 min walk to the train & the supermercato, right by the northern Levanto beach & close to restaurants & stores on Corso Italia & into the related pedestrian walkway. And, for us, we enjoyed the walking proximity to Bonassola to the north. The accommodation was clean, quiet & fully met our needs, adequately equipped with appliances we needed, including a clothes washing machine. It was as pictured on the Vrbo website even down to the Brooklyn, New York accent pillow. Mauro Bicca and his wife, Maria Rita, from VIP-Booking were excellent host representatives as property managers. Mauro was always responsive to my numerous questions on a timely basis both before we booked the apartment & during our stay. The info Mauro provided on location, the accommodation itself and the most welcome parking pass helped us make the decision to book the apartment. Once there, he gave us several good references to pastry shops & restaurants. Throughout our interactions Mauro & Maria Rita were friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, positive and (in person) always smiling and personable.
