The hotel is very dated. The staff were rude and lazy. The lifts took ages - particularly frustrating as we needed to move between the 2 hotels multiple times each day. The food was ok - sometimes lovely, other times not very good. Although there was always something in the buffet that was tasty.

Gorgeous view, nice resort, friendly staff, evening songs in lobby near the bar, close to the beach. Need transportation to city center. They only turn on the air conditioning in "summer". Inquire first when "summer" is.

This hotel stands in a beautiful position on a hill with views out over the ocean. The service was great, staff were very helpful. Food was all self service with lots of choice. There is a lift down to the main road below and buses stop at this point.

Amazing property. Room furniture a bit dated but everything works great. Bfast was disappointing but due to COVID (not a buffet). Patio from the room with views were incredible. Property grounds even more amazing… just truly spectacular. The view from the pool area all the way on top are just breathtaking. Great place for day trips to many other amazing locations! Rooms extremely quiet and great for a night rest. Absolutely would stay there again if in the area.

Lovely mid sized hotel near Taormina and the sea
This hotel caters to families, and has buffet meals available or included in your stay. The sister hotel, Olimpo is a 3 minute lift up the mountain to an even more beautiful hotel with a much larger pool and incredible views. This complex is definitely worth the cost, which is really reasonable, so we would definitely return. A small suggestion - While the staff at the front desk are helpful, it would be appreciated if there was information regarding the hotel, its facilities, the real times for the shuttle to Taormina, map of Letojanni - this would make it easier for the guests.

A fabulous hotel!
Outstanding hotel set in a great town called Letojanni-Hotel is well equipped with 2 pools, but we used the lido in the beach every day (5mins walk). Hotel room had everything we needed with great sea view. Area is lovely, with nice local restaurants and a bus stop right outside hotel to get to Taormina (10min drive). Marcello in particular at the front desk was outstanding helping us with any questions about the area, booking taxis or buses etc. Nice vibe to hotel, we travelled as a couple but looks like its geared for families, but it's perfect for a family or romantic break away. Great food and value for money. We'll definitely be back!

Great place, is all-inclusive. The room had a nice view and was super clean. Pool nice a large and great modern lobby area for an evening drink. It seems like a great place for families: they had kids activities and music in the evening. If you come by train, you need to get off at Letojanni station. No taxis in that station, but a 2 or three blocks walk (hard bec. of luggage on cobblestone) and you can go into a tunnel at the bottom of the hill and there you find an elevator that takes you to the Hotel reception. We didn't know and a taxi that was right there charged us 10 Euros to take us up to the Hotel!:( There are no signs. Bus to Taormina: go down to the Beach and a bus will take you there for 2 euros.

The hotel has a nice view, both in the room and dinning room. It is clean and elegant. There are life guards for the swimming pool, and probably that’s why the pool is open from 9:00am to 6:00pm. The breakfast served some hot food, like eggs.

Great access to Taormina
Enjoyable 3 night stay. Wonderful views and good access to the beach nearby.. Staff appears not to have great morale... lots of renovations under way could be fabulous when completed

Pro: -Friendly front desk staff -Room cleaned everyday and fresh towels -Decent Spread for Breakfast and Dinner -Located on a hill with some stunning views Against: - The rooms are not as plush as the reception! Dated interior. - No iron anywhere in the hotel, you have to use the dry cleaning service at a cost to get your clothes ironed. - Very few English speaking front desk staff.

Fabulous hotel, helpful staff who told us to drive to 'park and ride' then get shuttle into Taormina. There is a gated car park down the road as limited car parking outside the hotel on street. Lovely views frm rooms overlooking pool. Good choice st buffet breakfast.

Very good value for one's money, considering the convenient location -- a few blocks from the entry point to Ortigia. The food at the restaurant was very good and the coastal views from the rooftop location were beautiful. The staff is also very friendly.

Great 4 star hotel with amazing views
Highly recommended hotel with perfect location a d amazing views fron the hill. Only 20min from Taormina. Kids entertainment programmes, evening shows, 2 pools, bars and restaurants, beach is only 5 min walk from hotel. Extremely attentive and friendly staff!!! Will come back again!

Great Hotel-big room with great balcony with great sea views. Hotel offers buffet dinner very reasonable and quite good, although geared to Germany tourist tastes more than Italian food. Only gripe is they make you pay to use the indoor pool. Location is a short bus ride to Taromoina.

It was rather difficult to be found since the access road was closed for maintenance. After you find it is nice, a little bit old fashioned and an overall refurbishing is needed. The staff is nice, the room was good, breakfast a little poor. They have a nice swimming pool with a nice view. It was winter so we only sun bathed.

lovely hotel
i really liked this place, the views are amazing the price is very reasonable, buses are very regular to neighbouring Taormina and cheap, 5 min walk to beach.... i was probably they're only english speaking guest but i had no problems if i needed anything. the town letojanni is very pretty and i would go back again.

Correcto pero anticuado
Buena habitación, amplia, con terraza y vistas al mar; pero un poco anticuada, como todo el hotel en general. El desayuno es bastante pobre. Es buena opción para dormir cerca de Taormina, sin estar en la ciudad donde el aparcamiento es imposible.
