Peace absolved, only the soft noise of the waterfall(stunt) will rock you at night.

She(It) is from paths pedestrian joining the village of Guagno-les-Bains as well as the lakes of By Regional (Creno, Ninu).

The village is ideally placed, close Calanches of Piana at the heart of the nature reserve of scandola, the golf of Porto until Girolata only French natural site appearing on the list of the world pratrimoine of Unesco (45 minutes).

Close friend(relation) also paths(ways) of the forest of Aïtone (35 minutes), of his(her,its) pedestrian paths(ways) and his(her,its) natural swimming pools.

The long sandy beaches of Sagone will also welcome you (25 minutes).

Idéalement placé !

Idéal pour aller rapidement dans la forêt d’Aïtone, se baigner dans les piscines naturelles, visiter Soccia et faire de la rando à Crena ou se rafraîchir en rivière.

Tout à fait conforme à nos attentes

Les pièces de cette maison sont spacieuses, les deux chambres comme le salon-salle à manger et aussi la cuisine, dans laquelle on peut manger à 4 personnes sans problème. Cette cuisine dispose de tous les équipements voulus, avec un grand frigo, bien pratique en plein été, de nombreux verres et assiettes sont aussi mis à disposition. Pas de bruit autre que l’eau qui ruisselle à proximité, descendant de la montagne, puisque la route s’arrête là (les quelques maisons qui se trouvent un peu plus loin ne sont accessibles qu’à pied). La vue sur les montagnes environnantes et plus lointaines est superbe, bref un lieu de vacances idéal pour qui aime le calme et aussi rencontrer les « vrais » gens qui vivent sur place à l’année, avec un bord de mer qui reste accessible (compter une trentaine de minutes pour les plages de Sagone). Nous avons eu la chance d’assister à deux concerts de musique classique gratuits (21eme édition du festival Sorru in Musica), avec des musiciens de très haut niveau, dont un concert dans l’église située à quelques minutes à pied en contrebas. Aucun commerce ni restaurant sur place, mais il y en a dans le village voisin de Vico, très agréable pour dîner par exemple. Nous remercions enfin M. Lesueur, en charge de l’accueil et du départ, pour son extrême gentillesse.

Stilvolles Ferienhaus

Schönes altes Haus mit stilvollen Möbeln. Toller Ausblick von dem Balkon in die umliegenden Berge. Restaurants, Bäckerei etc in Vico, ca 15 min mit dem Auto. Was fehlte? Das schöne Haus und der Balkon hätten einen grösseren und schöneren Sonnenschirm verdient :-)

Aufenthalt in sehr schöner Gegend

Die Anfahrt war nicht einfach, weil das Navi uns mehrmals in die Irre geführt hat. Zum Glück wurde geduldig auf uns am Haus gewartet. Das Haus war sehr schön, allerdings für 6 Personen ein bisschen eng. Das ging dann nur mit ausgeklappter Couch im Wohnzimmer. Kleine Reparaturen waren zwischendurch nötig (Brausekopf musste neu angebaut werden, Duschwand fiel aus der Verankerung). Aber die Natur rundherum war toll. Esel liefen abends um das Haus. Der Strand war in 1 Stunde erreichbar. Es war ein sehr erholsar Urlaub.

Maison de village indépendante

Excellent séjour dans cette grande maison tout équipée. Grand balcon ou l'on peut observer en contrebas deux ânes qui se promènent dans un petit chemin à proximité de la rivière. Très bien située à 15 mn de Vico où l'on peut faire ses courses et se restaurer. A proximité très jolies balades balisées, nombreux villages à visiter et magnifiques rivières pour se baigner. Au calme aucun voisin impeccable pour se reposer. Très contente de cette location nous y reviendrons sans aucune hésitation.

Tolle Lage zwischen Meer und Bergen

Wir (5 köpfige Familie) haben eine Woche in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Zum Strand sind es ca. 30 min Fahrt und man kann zwischen den Stränden wechseln. Es gibt einige schöne. Auch eine Wanderung direkt hinter Haus runter zum Fluss lohnt sich sehr. Wenn man ca. 5 min vor der Brücke nicht weiter dem orangenen Weg folgt, sondern rechts an der Gabelung runter läuft, gelangt man zu einem herrlichen, einsamen Badeparadies. Uns hat es rundum gut gefallen!

La maison est agréable, dans un joli village de montagne . A 15 minutes en voiture on trouve tous les commerces (à Vico). Belles ballades et baignades rivières à faire dans les environs. Il ne faut pas avoir peur de la conduite sur de petites routes de montagne (comme partout en Corse!)

Unser Lieblingsort!

Wir waren schon das zweite Mal in diesem wunderbaren Ferienhaus und sind sicher, dass wir wieder kommen! Das Haus ist schön, sehr sauber und komfortabel ausgestattet. Noch dazu waren Empfang und Kommunikation über alle Maßen freundlich. Uns fehlte wirklich nichts. Am Bezaubernsten aber ist die Lage: Man geniesst eine herrliche Aussicht und kann direkt in die schönsten Wanderwege einsteigen. Wir haben hier eine wunderbare Zeit verbracht - vielen Dank dafür!!!

Parfait pour un séjour en Corse

La maison est située idéalement pour un séjour au calme tout en restant à proximité de certaines commodités. Elle est très fonctionnelle et son intérieur est très chaleureux. Parfait pour rester plusieurs jours en Corse et profiter aussi bien du calme de la montagne que des magnifiques plages.

Sehr gute Lage für Wandern und Strand

Wir hatten 3 wunderbare Wochen in Letia. Das Haus liegt wirklich sehr ruhig in Letia Saint-Martin. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet, einzig einen größeren Sonnenschirm hätten wir für die Terrasse uns gewünscht, sodass man bei Hitze geschützter z.B. frühstücken kann. Abends liegt die Terrasse wohltuend im Schatten (ca. 18Uhr verschwand die Sonne hinterm Berg) und man konnte zum Abend den herrlichen Blick ins Tal und auf das kleine Dorf genießen (wirklich prachtvoll). Das Dorf hat den typischen korsischen Charme: freilaufende Hunde oder Kühe, der Nachbar hat seine Esel unmittelbar angrenzend auf dem Nachbargrundstück, abends sitzen die Leute vor ihren Häusern und schauen und reden. Alles sehr ruhig und entspannend. Unmittelbar hinterm Haus ein schöner Wanderweg nach Guagno le Bains. Knapp 45min auf dem Weg, unterhalb einer Brücke eine herrliche Badegumpe. Ungefähr 5min vor der Brücke geht ein unscheinbarer Weg zu le Liamone, dort findet man ein wunderbares Badeparadies: kleine Canyons zum Schwimmen und Baden oder tiefe Becken zum Faul Liegen und Entspannen! War für unsere Kinder fast schöner als am Strand :-). In Sagone (ca. 35min Fahrt) ein Super U zum Einkaufen mit riesigem Angebot, Tankstelle Total und sehr schöne Restaurants (unser Favorit U Mare). Das Super U hat (wahrscheinlich über die Urlaubszeit) auch am Sonntag bis 19Uhr30 auf. Sehr schöner Strand in Sagone, wobei uns eher der Plage de Menasina bzw auch der Liamone Beach überzeugt haben. Der Liamone Beach am östlichen Ende zwar nah an der Straße (absolut unhörbar und nicht spürbar), dafür aber Felsen zum Schnorcheln vorhanden. Da sieht man mehr, als am flachen Sand/Kiesstrand. Cargése und Porto sind die näheren Städte für Ausflüge. Beide sehr zu empfehlen, Cargése umso mehr, durch seine Lage oben auf dem Fels und die kleinen Kirchen. Vico, ca. 10min entfernt, hat einen charmanten kleinen Markplatz, mit herrlichen Restaurants zum draussen sitzen. Ein kleiner Utile Einkaufsladen, mit einem doch recht guten Angebot ist auch vorhanden, eine kleine Tankstelle ebenso. Prinzipiell muss jeder Korsika-Urlauber wissen, dass er auf sein Auto angewiesen ist und lange, teils sehr lange Fahrten einplanen muss! Trotzdem empfanden wir die Lage ideal für einen Kombiurlaub "Wandern/Meer". Die Kommunikation klappte mit dem Vermieter auch zuverlässig: innerhalb kürzester Zeit meldet er sich zurück. Danke dafür!

Toller Urlaub inmitten der Berge Korsikas

Wir haben 3 wunderbare Wochen in dem gut ausgestatteten Haus von Herrn Chiappini verbracht. Als Startpunkt für Wanderungen oder auch für Strandtage ist Letia bestens geeignet. Wenn es einmal Probleme mit dem Haus gab (Stromausfall nach einem Gewitter, kein Internet) wurde uns binnen Stunden geholfen => Danke schön dafür... Man fühlt sich hier wie in einer anderen Welt. Täglich begegnet man Wildschweinen und Kühen, die zahlreich auf Wegen und Straßen friedlich unterwegs sind. kleiner Kritikpunkt: - Der verunkrautete Garten lädt nicht zum Verweilen ein. - Die Dusche sollte wirklich verbessert werden (man setzt das ganze Bad unter Wasser...) Fazit: Es gibt trotzdem 5 Sterne

Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus in idyllischer Lage

Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat Stein- bzw Dielenböden. Das Highlight ist der großzügige Balkon über die gesamte Breite des Hauses mit einem herrlichen Blick in die Berge. Insgesamt ist es noch schöner als die Bilder vermuten lassen. Auch im Garten kann man auf Liegen liegen oder am Tisch sitzen, man bleibt aber meist auf dem Balkon, wenngleich der Garten Schatten bietet. Man kann vom Haus kürzere Touren erwandern, zB Guagno les Bains, mit schönen Badestellen dort. Die nächste Badestelle ist ca 40 min Gehweg entfernt. Ansonsten braucht man immer das Auto und auch kurze Strecken dauern. Der nächste Bäcker, kleine Supermarkt oder Café sind in Vico, ca 15 min mit dem Auto. Der nächste große Supermarkt ist in Sagone, ca 30 min entfernt. Wunderschöne Strände (liamone beach) in ca 35-40 min. Wer das Autofahren nicht scheut, kann von Letia aus sehr schöne Touren machen einschließlich Wandertouren im Gebirge zB bei Evisa).
