"I PAID THE FARE WITH THE BREAKFAST ON YOUR WEBSITE WHEN I CLICK THE HOTELS WITH BREAKFAST AND CAME UP WITH BREAKFAST I PAID THE FULL AMOUNT BUT THE HOTEL COULD NOT SEE MY BOOKING WITH THE BREAKFAST. I PAID AGAIN CAN YOU PLEASE REFUND THE MONEY BACK TO ME."

"We had to pay for a breakfast that consisted of bread, pastries, yogurt, some meat and cheese, coffee and juice from a machine. Once it was empty, no refills till the next day. We had no fresh towels delivered even though it said to leave your dirty ones on the bathroom floor. You were charged for ..."
