"Très mauvaise expérience. La chambre était sale et extrêmement bruyante, impossible de dormir de la nuit. J’ai signalé le problème dès le matin, sachant que je suis arrivée à 20h, mais lorsque j’ai demandé un dédommagement, on m’a simplement répondu qu’il aurait fallu appeler avant… ce que je ne pouvais pas deviner. Aucune solution proposée, aucun geste commercial. Bref, hôtel à fuir. "
