Charming 26 m² studio apartment with a sleeping alcove located in a residence with an elevator, just steps from shops and with a shuttle stop right outside the building.  
  
The balcony offers a superb view of Lake Matemale and the Pyrenees.  
  
It comprises a fully equipped kitchenette (oven, microwave, refrigerator, electric coffee maker), a living area with a dining area, two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed (140 cm), and a television.  
  
A sleeping alcove with bunk beds (2 x 90 cm).  
  
Bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet.  
  
Private ski locker, outdoor public parking.  
  
Electric heating.
