This newly remodeled house features two complete units (upstairs and downstairs) with separate entrances and a connecting indoor stairway, which makes this property perfect for families with grown children or two parties traveling together. Four miles from Lenox Center and close to all amenities, the house sits in the heart of south Berkshire county, with easy access to its natural beauty and cultural riches.

Located in a quiet neighborhood, the house has a one-car garage and driveway capable of accommodating up to four cars. In the back, you will find a covered deck on the upper level and a covered patio on the lower level, which overlook a spacious yard with a fire pit. Because of the quiet nature of the neighborhood, loud music or activity outside at night is not appropriate.

The upstairs has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a double bed, a full bathroom with tub and shower, a comfy living room with a smart TV and fast WiFi, and a spacious kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare and serve meals. Air conditioning window units are available for the upstairs bedrooms only. Downstairs stays cool, and air conditioning is not necessary.

The downstairs has one bedroom with a king bed, and a living area with an IKEA sofa that converts into a double bed. The downstairs kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, a high-quality 12” toaster oven, a two-burner induction cooktop, and complete sets of cookware and dish ware. The downstairs bathroom has a shower and tub.

Your pets are welcome. There are several places within a mile of the house to take them for walks in nature, and the back yard has ample space for them to play.

Within a few miles of the house, you may hike a plethora of trails, swim in one of the surrounding lakes, rent a canoe on the Housatonic River, visit Chocolate Springs and Guidos natural market, enjoy fabulous restaurants, and take in a concert at the famed Tanglewood music venue or a performance at Shakespeare and Company, and much more!
