Top Lemongo Hotel Reviews

Amboseli Sopa Lodge

Amboseli Sopa Lodge

10/10 Excellent
"The staff were excellent, friendly and very helpful. I was especially impressed with the Masai employees. Food was very good and the grounds very well kept. Fun to have the monkeys and Dik Diks wandering around. My only minor complaint was that the restaurant in the park had several unfriendly and unhelpful employees including the chef."

Frequently asked questions

When is the best time to go to Lemongo?
The best time to go to Lemongo is during the dry seasons, which run from January to March and then again from June to October.

These periods offer the most comfortable weather for exploring the area, with less rainfall and generally sunny skies. The dry conditions also mean that wildlife is easier to spot as animals gather around water sources, making for better safari experiences. For those planning outdoor activities like game drives or nature walks, these months provide optimal conditions.

Couples looking for a romantic getaway will appreciate the pleasant weather during these dry months, superb for enjoying sundowners and the natural beauty of the landscape without the disruption of heavy rains.
