"Very large command clean room. Staff were polite and count check-in and check-out. Plenty of well lit parking with charging stations."

"Decent hotel. Clean & friendly staff. Extremely disappointed in breakfast. Saw advertised that it had "breakfast buffet" which was one if the reasons we chose this hotel over a lesser expensive one. It was a basic hotel breakfast. Food was cold & we actually threw it away & ate a yogurt. Disappointed."

"Room was well lit, but bedspreads were stained, shower was clean but need needs update. Overall the stay was excellent except for there was only one set of towels in the room and that we had two people staying, the floors could use a really good cleaning and mopping since I walked on the floor Barefoot and my feet got filthy. I give the room an 8 out of 10 rating"

"There was a change in my cabin due to a/c issues. The host was unable to call me so there was a delay in getting into my cabin. Thankfully they responded quickly and I was in the right cabin within 10 minutes. The cabin is exactly as described and was more than adequate for my needs. The freezer worked great but the fridge was barely cool. No other issues. The property is in a beautiful location and it was very peaceful for the most part. There was a decent thunderstorm with some heavy winds coming off the lake, but other than some windows rattling it was uneventful. I would definitely stay here again."

Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Cleveland by IHG

"The staff were friendly and kind. We checked in before a major storm which caused the roof to leak over our bed. I called the front desk and was moved immediately. Also they are renovating the hotel so it makes the hotel look rundown. Once they finish I’m sure that will all change. Overall a good experience."
