There was ample parking, the room was clean, and staff was nice. There is an onsite restaurant, Petals, which is fine for meals, but it would have been nice to have a complimentary continental breakfast included with our room.

Parking instruction isn’t clear. Attitude of front desk at night shift is utterly, totally, completely, terribly, unacceptably horrible. We should be treated with courtesy, not bad attitude.

I understand that it was a busy weekend in the Rochester area due to graduations, so the high prices were expected. Still paying a high rate when the pool was out of service was disappointing. I had one member of our party that just wanted to swim on their birthday and that didn't happen. From other reviews it appears the pool has been out of service for months. It needs to be removed as an amenity - it is no longer one!

"Bed is not very comfortable, could use a thicker comforter, the room is tiny, breakfast is terrible. Its all about the location. This was comfortable to go to Letchworth state park from here. One of the newest properties in this area, but not worth the price"
