"This is a get what you pay for. My other half had a procedure in Burlington and this was a hotel that came up. You have to pay to park on the garage or outside. (I didn’t know that). No hot water when asked they said we only do like warm water. I ground pool had no water. It was extremely dirty. I wouldn’t even shower in the bathroom because it was so gross. I would have rather slept in my vehicle than stay there. We even looked at going somewhere else but we had already spent $100+ for this place. Loud bedroom activities in several of the rooms around us and when we tried to drown it out with the TV there was no channels. If I could give a negative rating I would. I showered in hot water when we got home and washed everything including shoes. So gross. "

"I loved that I could park in front of my room door and that the property was set off the main road. It’s a motel style hotel but very clean, large rooms and convenient location. Great deal for the price. "

" We stayed there one year ago and everything was so great we came again. Check in staff was indifferent in fact I stood at the counter several minutes being ignored by the check in person while he stared at his computer and did no even acknowledge me standing there. Not even "hello, I will be with you in a minute." Only when another staffer came over was I acknowledged. Breakfast Sat.morning un-managed. By 8am, no coffee, no hot water. Mlk etc. at both counters empty. Nobody checking. 30 minutes before they started making more coffee. Not enough chairs for guests. Some guests actually wiping their own table down and their own dishes from the kitchen.Trash can at the dish drop off full to overflowing. It was disgusting. The kitchen staffer bringing out food was working very hard trying to do everything with no help.The desk staffer who ignored me the day before was there walking. Looked like he was supposed to be helping/managing but he was doing practically nothing and appeared to have no clue what his job was. Many people asking the kitchen guy and him for coffee, milk etc. This should not be happening. A year ago there was one woman handling the whole room and she was fantastic! Cleaning, clearing tables , straightening chairs and checking coffee, milk etc.I know it was the weekend and the place seemed reasonably full but this should not happen. Very disappointed! "

"The frontdesk could be more helpful and put more smile on their face. They forgot to explain where the room is and how the elevators operate from the garage. It took us 10 min to rind the room because the garage elevator is far from the main building. "

"Staff was fine, cleanliness was not what I expected. Found hair on bed, pillow, and shower. Just didn’t feel like it was as clean as some of the reviews said it was. Breakfast was very average, not saying I expect a 5 star meal but eggs one of the days were very watery. I like the fact that they have two bedrooms for my family of 5, but that was the only thing that I appreciated. We come to Massachusetts often since we have family nearby, but will not be coming back."

"Room and hotel were clean. Breakfast was average. They had bagels, eggs, sausage, waffles, ect. Nice workout room. Staff was pleasant and greeting, all though some need deodorant. Only complaint really is the needs can use new mattresses. The mattress is worn in alot. "

"The breakfast was not very good, for $18 everything was cold. I would recommend not eating in the hotel."
