"Pros..The rooms were nice and clean. Staff is friendly. I really like the rocking chairs on the outside of the property, relaxing setup. It was also nice to hear and see the click clack of the Amish horses. Things to consider…I would offer more breakfast choices if possible. Also the rooms are quite small and that’s not a deal breaker but the rollaway bed for extra guest is quite large. We didn’t use the rollaway bed as it would block the bathroom and door exit. Overall still a charming place to stay."

"The hotel management has really put a lot of work into improvements at this hotel. The rooms have been renovated. The checkin is much smoother. The shower works perfectly and is just the right temperature. The provided toiletries are fully stocked. The breakfast is well above average. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. I come every year for the Blueberry Festival and I stay at this hotel each time. There are not many choices for a stay in Plymouth, but IHG makes it worth it."

"staff was very nice upon check in/out breakfast was great and kept up on. housekeeping came at 8 am and we were asleep and were woken up. there were no ice machines per floor like most hotels and there was only 1 elevator, and it took forever to get on/off."
