We had a great stay at the hotel. The location was excellent and very convenient, the hotel itself was lovely, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we would be happy to stay here again!

Friendly and helpful staff, including about often complicated issues in Italy such as parking (it’s simplest to pay a daily fee to park in the hotel’s underground lot). Breakfast was decent and filling. The location works well for those willing to walk a bit — I’d say it’s better to stay outside the historic center than inside it, and this hotel is only a 10-minute walk outside. Overall a comfortable and pleasant experience.

Staff was excellent, very clean. However our bathroom sink was not draining properly and this was mentioned to staff on day one of our stay and it was never fixed. Also our room (201)was next door to the service room and it was very very noisey. We asked to switch rooms and we were told No.

I have no complaints about this property. My overall experience was great. The staff were all very professional, and the room was spotless—including the bedsheets and towels. The bed itself was very comfortable, the breakfast was high quality, great water pressure and consistent hot water in the shower, and the secure paid parking made everything easy. The location was also excellent. I will definitely stay here again if I come back and visit Lecce!

Very bad hotel, very old hotel. Does not looks like the picture… more old. Very noisy, can hear everything in nearbor rooms. Even theire discussens. Not impressed by breakfast either. Ended up by checking out before time and booked another hotel instead. I have tried alot of Mercure in other countries , but this was bad.

Después de estar un rato largo peleando con el aire acondicionado encontré en los comentarios de muchos clientes que también se menciona lo mismo Realmente enfría, muy poco Las habitaciones son amplias, alfombras viejas, lo cual atrae mucha sociedad Es muy cómodo que tenga parqueo y está unos 800 m del casco histórico El desayuno es normal sin mucha variedad

A localização e o quarto eram muitos bons, assim como o café da manhã. O único problema foi o primeiro quarto que nos deram, o 526, com um banheiro péssimo, que ficava molhado o tempo todo pois o box estava junto com a privada, um horror esse quarto e a equipe informou que todos quartos eram iguais. No entanto descobrimos q mentiram e tivemos q implorar a mudança. Portanto nunca fiquem no quarto 526.

L’hôtel semblait exceptionnel sur le papier et nous avait vraiment donné envie d’organiser un séjour à Lecce. Malheureusement, la surprise a été tout autre à notre arrivée… Avant toute chose, je tiens à souligner la gentillesse, le professionnalisme et la disponibilité irréprochable du personnel. Le service est clairement digne d’un établissement 5 étoiles, rien à redire de ce côté-là. En revanche, là où le bât blesse, c’est sur l’état général de l’hôtel. On sent qu’un rafraîchissement a été effectué il y a quelques années, mais cela ne suffit plus aujourd’hui. L’isolation, en particulier, devrait être entièrement revue (murs et fenêtres). Nous entendions absolument tout ce qui se passait chez nos voisins, comme s’ils étaient dans la chambre et ce, dans une chambre « Superior ». Autre point critique : le bruit extérieur. Le vendredi et le samedi soir, des rassemblements de jeunes par centaines ont lieu juste à côté de l’hôtel. Entre les cris, les rires et surtout le bruit constant et très fort des scooters, il est quasiment impossible de dormir, même avec des boules Quies. Si vous avez une chambre côté rue, la situation devient vite insupportable. Avec du recul, nous aurions dû demander à changer de chambre. Je recommande vivement de demander une chambre côté cour pour éviter ces nuisances. Concernant le petit-déjeuner, il est correct mais peu varié, bref dans la moyenne, sans plus. Au final, compte tenu de ces éléments, le rapport qualité/prix ne nous semble pas justifié
