Excellent location for sight seeing, coach & train stations only a short walk away. This city centre apartment has everything you need for an enjoyable stay, aircon, large bed, large bathroom, unique compact kitchen area,electric black-out blinds for the windows.Best of all a wonderful breakfast delivered to your room when you want it. Unbeatable for the price.

Awful

Wouldn’t stay there again if I got it for free. The images on hotels.com must have been taken decades ago. The furniture was old, looked like something from a thrift store. The room was dirty.

Most unorganized establishment ever

By far one of the most unorganized hotel i have ever tried. Reception hardly ever there and when someone comes, can't help much. Furniture old and uncomfortable, sheets and towels hardly every changed. One day the person who clean the room, left the room with our door wide open fir anyone to get in and left his or her key in our door. So safety is zero.

Purtroppo non ho avuto la possibilità di soggiornarci, perché siamo stati dirottati in un altro B&B senza nemmeno essere avvisati. Abbiamo soggiornato al Mirage o al Fuor Season, no so bene perché entrambi nello stesso palazzo. Il terzo letto posizionato vicino al lavandino dell'angolo cucina, senza cuscino e asciugamani. Bagno in pessimo stato, neanche il sapone per le mani. Il portone d'ingresso che si apre il giusto per entrarci, ma ti devi mettere di fianco, e per concludere, ma non per colpa loro, siamo stati bloccati nell'ascensore............ Le foto non corrispondono alla struttura. La cosa migliore la colazione al McDonald's. Non consigliato.

Je déconseille largement cet hôtel, qui vous logera dans un autre qui ne correspond absolument pas aux photos (hôtel mirage) De plus nous avons eu la mauvaise expérience de découvrir à notre arrivée une chambre simple alors que nous avions réservé un appartement avec cuisine et que pour pouvoir obtenir cet appartement il était nécessaire de rajouter 12 euros par jour sinon la cuisine était fermée à clé. Nous avons donc été obligé de payer. A noter que la plaque de cuisson ne marchait pas, il fallait allumer le gaz avec un briquet acheté par nous même, l’hôtel ne fournit pas. De plus au plafond de la salle de bain des traces de moisissures étaient parfaitement visibles. Si vous voulez passer un séjour paisible passait votre chemin, le personnel est désagréable au possible même lorsque l’on demande d’apporter une deuxième serviette de douche étant deux, vous ne la verrez jamais. L’hôtel a été signalé pour être insalubre.

Ho prenotato 1 camera per 2 periodi consecutivi, 4+6 giorni. Qualche giorno prima del mio arrivo mi hanno chiesto di modificare il metodo di pagamento. Per il primo periodo, ci siamo accordati per fare la transazione tramite un altro portale. Mentre ero in viaggio per Lecce, mi chiamano e mi dicono che devo recarmi in un'altra struttura, giustificandosi che hanno avuto un problema. Non essendoci altra alternativa (ed essendo a 1000km da casa), accetto. Per il secondo periodo (mentre già alloggiavo nella struttura), mi hanno di nuovo chiesto di modificare il metodo di pagamento on line ma non mi hanno più dato riscontro alla mia richiesta di pagare direttamente o come in precedenza su altra piattaforma on line, nonostante i miei molteplici solleciti (conservo i whatsapp). In conclusione, mi hanno cancellato la prenotazione il giorno prima dell'inizio del secondo periodo. Cosa dire, sono inaffidabili (quando sono arrivato nel primo periodo, mi avevano confermato anche il secondo periodo), incompetenti (nessuna attenzione al cliente), superficiali (mi hanno detto che "intanto a Lecce ci sono molti hotel") e incapaci (non hanno saputo gestire la situazione e non hanno compreso la gravità della stessa). Riassumendo: lo sconsiglio vivamente. In fatto di B&B è stata l'esperienza più negativa che abbia mai vissuto. Vergognatevi!

A eviter malgré l emplacement

L'unique avantage est la proximité avec le cevtre historique. L appartement en lui même est insipide et mal entretenu. Le 3eme lit d appoint n est pas confortable, pourrait éventuellement convenir a un enfant de bas âge. Luminaire salle de bain cassé et réparé avec du scotch. Clé/serrure de l appartement qui deconne . Et pas de petit dej sur place , des tickets sont donnés pour prevdre une boisson et une viennoiserie dans un bar ou au mc do , un comble d aller au mc do quand on est a Lecce.

Terrivel. Quando chegamos para o check-in às 11:30 nao havia ninguém para nos receber. E quando conseguimos fazer o check-in, nosso quarto ainda nao estava pronto. Confirmamos um dia antes nosso horário de chegada, mas nao obtvemos retorno. Havia lâmpadas queimadas, o ar condicionado não funcionava, somente ventilação, o chuveiro não esquentou mesmo depois de 15min aberto e as toalhas e lençóisetsamvam rasgados. O café da manhã oferecido era 1 croissant e um café ou chá. Melhor se dissessem que nao havia café da manhã incluido. Pedi uma informação pelo whats e nunca recebi retorno. Um absurdo de atendimento e condições de hospedagem. A unica coisa positiva é que provavelmente era limpo, mas tão mal cuidado que olicava tudo em dúvida. Acho que o Hoteis.com deveria banir este tipo de acomodação do site.

Molto centrale ottima zona , durante il mio soggiorno non mi hanno cambiato lenzuola ed asciugamani , un giorno non sono proprio venuti , internet era inesistente , comunque la camera era grande il bagno comodo e tutto sommato qualità prezzo ci stava. Lecce è una bella città la gente in linea di massima accogliente .
