We watched at least 2 deer every evening in the back yard. We reported an apparent water leak in the guest bathroom to the owner and received a response that it was received. Close to Bennet springs less than 5 min from door to spring. Great location to float out of Bennett to Barklay conservation only a 20 min port and ends up being about 7-8 mile float. Outside area is great needs a better grill and someone could've blown off the leaves and debris prior to our arrival there was a lot of leaves. Furniture is completely worn out, uncomfortable to sit in, and at least 40 years old as you can see from the photos. Beds were horrendous. Nobody slept well, bring air mattress or bed toppers. Had to go to the store to buy coffee filters, they are not supplied. This could be a super property with a few minor adjustments. If they get new beds and furniture I would rent again. ##### Robyn M.
