Myself and another gentleman arrived at 6:28, and we both were angrily told that breakfast starts at 6:30\. I returned at 6:40 to see a mom with two kids being angrily turned away just like I had been. I usually stay here with my son when we go skiing but I will not stay at this property again. It was a good place to stay. The bed was comfortable and clean. The free breakfast was good including waffles, cereal, toast, juice, coffee, and yogurt. The staff was very nice and helpful. The only drawback was that you have to drive to get to any restaurants. I needed a room for the night, and that's what I got. The hotel looks like an abandoned army barracks, and the driveway is full of potholes. But staff were friendly and helpful, and make note of this: My room was SPOTLESS. Whoever these guys are, they run a good operation. If you want a resort, go to Copper Mountain.
