Rudy is warm, welcoming and rustic comfortably sleeping 3\. The kitchenette has a propane stove, apartment sized fridge, toaster, coffee maker and more so that you have all the amenities of home. Bathroom has a stall shower and flushing toilet. We are in downtown Leadville; easy walk to restaurants, bars, shops and events. Try a tiny house today! We have WiFi but the connection is iffy and not guaranteed. Pets Not Allowed The Space: Enjoy your own tiny house while on vacation in Leadville. The house is located in a tiny house park. Each house is equipped with a kitchenette, full bath and sitting area. Pets Not Allowed. Please see our other houses for pet friendly accommodations. Guest Access: Self check-in at 3pm. Door code is emailed and texted 11am the day of arrival and activates at 3pm check-in time. The Neighborhood: Located in downtown Leadville, 1 block from Harrison Avenue. You can walk to restaurants and shops. If you enjoy outdoor activities, you can bring your bike. Getting Around: You can walk to restaurants and shops. Two small space heaters are enough to keep it as warm as you like. We stayed over during a solid Colorado snowstorm and were very comfortable. You'll need to be a little creative utilizing space, and it helps to be agile for getting to the loft, but those challenges come with tiny homes.
