#### Disponibilité limitée

A mon arrivée, l'hotel était fermé et la réception injoignable par téléphone. J'ai du attendre 1 heure devant l'établissement et personne n'est venu entre 16h40 et 17H40\. Je me suis déplacée car j'avais d'autres obligations. A mon retour à 19H40, la réception est ouverte, le personnel s’excuse des désagréments et me propose une chambre "king size" pour compenser. Je remercie le dévouement mais j'étais assez embetée de pas pouvoir déposer mes affaires avant de m'en aller.
