"The entire hotel is old, past its time, and neglected, the room, the balcony, the lobby, and there is no beach access! Unbelievable! there was no hot water in the entire facilities for TWO DAYS! and the night staff is friendly but poorly trained. I went to the front desk to alert them there was not toilet paper or paper towel in the bathroom lobby TWICE, still nobody bothered to replenish the bathroom supplies. They charge too much money and claim to be a 4 star resort. Clearly there is much work to be done before they can make that claim. Location is only good with a car, but there are surprisingly good small restaurants around. Don't go to this hotel if you expect to have a relaxed stay with walks on the beach. It will not happen."
