It is 300 meters from the sea and the beginnings are within walking distance (supermarket, bakery). The house consists of: \- 1 living room with kitchen (TV, dvd, Hifi, washing machine, small oven, fridge plus an additional in the shed), \- 1 small fenced garden with shed (furniture, barbecue), upstairs: \- 1 bedroom with bunk bed and extra bed \- 1 bedroom with double bed \- 1 WC \- 1 bathroom with bath, \- a storage cupboard in the hallway. 1 parking space The house is ideal for a family of 4 and perfect for a nice holiday. Petite maison bien équipée avec jardin dans lotissement très calme et idéalement située : 300m de la mer et de toutes commodités (boulangerie, Intermarché.. ).
