This is the worst motel I have ever stayed at. Ther were 4 people staying and staff provided only 2 towels. Breakfast was terrible! Bread was dry and old, waffles were sour . At the end of the checking out, they refused to give me receipt after charging my credit card stay saying I will receive the email which never came. After I checked my credit card, I realized that they charge me $100 extra saying I was obligated to pay deposit, and this deposit will be returned to me in 4 to 5 days . I don’t recommend this motel to anyone.

My husband and I were very disappointed in the Baymont. The lobby wreaked of pot when we checked in, the hotel and our room smelled, there were stains on the sheets and bedding, the mattress was horribly uncomfortable, and the bed popped and creaked every time one of us moved. We stayed one night ant the Baymont and checked out in the morning. We were attending our son’s graduation from Fort Sill and were lucky to find a room at the IHG on base for the remainder of our trip. I unpacked at IHG that same day and realized that I left a shirt at the Baymont. When I called I was told to call back the next day when housekeeping was available because they may have thrown it away. I called again in the morning and was told that they did not find my blouse in the room. Odd because I was only in the two locations.

Pungent smell in hallway. A few roaches seen in room. I’m beginning to see why air bnb is the better route to go. These hotels make their properties look good but they never show you what you’re actually going to experience when you get there. I think customers should be allowed to go inside the room and approve it before paying a dime. From now on, I’m calling the front desk and talking to the actual person there to get a sense of who is managing the property and what I’m buying before I book it.

Worst hotel stay ever
Well when we got there it was already after one o'clock a.m and checkout is at eleven so 100 bucks for a ten hour stay and another hundred for the deposit when me and my boyfriend woke up the next morning we went to extend and the manager told us we had too much traffic and that he wanted us to leave we literally had three different people come over one was uber eats my boyfriend's brother who he hadn't seen in almost a year and a friend of the family if they would have looked on the camera they would have seen that only one in and out was uber eats and to top it all off when they went to check the room so we could get our deposit they said they found a cigarette in the bed smh like seriously it's a non smoking room who would be stupid enough to lay in the bed and smoke they can also see on camera we went outside to smoke multiple times so they refused to give deposit back we are struggling withvtwo kids and dont have money to throw away and just got charged 200 dollars to stay in a room for nine hours the staff was very rude and disrespectful and also judgemental I say that because the manager also said something about the drug task force and we have no connection to drugs overall this was the worst hotel i have ever stayed in and i will never stay or reccomend anyone to stay there again

Our first room was really dirty toilet not clean and floors not swept and mopped beds had hair everywhere so sheets weren’t changed 2nd room was worst plus trash still in trash cans owner was very rude because we complained and kicked us out threatened us to call the police never again will refer this horrible place

Front Desk clerk was friendly & efficient, pool was nice, location very good. 8" burn mark on the carpet in my room. I'm pretty sure the stairwell doors are a fire hazard when left continuously propped open as they were. Housekeeper asked if there was anything he could do for me, acted like I'd slapped his mother when I mentioned I'd like the linens changed. The amenity which convinced me to stay was included breakfasts. Not once did I see eggs & I was there several days. Will seriously consider staying elsewhere next time I'm in Lawton.

We were traveling to Lawton, Oklahoma from Michigan for our grandson's graduation from Basic Training at Fort Sill and this Baymont was able to accommodate us at the last minute after the Extended Stay American Suites canceled our reservation (made weeks earlier) without explanation. They were even able to honor our request for a first floor room. The gentlemen at the front desk were very friendly and they immediately took care of a small problem with the toilet flushing. The availability of a luggage cart made moving my husband's heavy oxygen concentrator much easier. The lady taking care of the breakfast area was extremely friendly each morning and the dining area was kept clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Initial impressions are big. The lobby is dank, and checking in is like at a cheap motel with reception hidden behind a screen. My reservation number and prepay info wasn’t enough, it had to be reverified and forms filled out. Dark hallways, no ice machines for each floor. Room, just okay. Linens were ragged. Breakfast was minimal, no fruit, broken juice dispenser. Overall an unwelcoming atmosphere. Competition at this price point is high, bring up your standards.

Disgusting Hotel
Where do I start? Upon arrival we were only given one key card for multiple adults. There were numerous parties going on on each floor with noise complaints not being handled. We arrive in our room to find dirty sheets, giant chunks of ice in the bathtub(how is there ice if it was cleaned?), dirty floors that didn’t look vacuumed at all(used Q Tip on the fooor), hair all over, and what looked like earwax on the tray holding the ice bucket. We were then given a new room which also had dirty/stained sheets on the bed and was next door to a party. The front desk girl was very nice trying to make it right, but all in all the hotel was disgusting, dirty, and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Clean, quiet, and nice hotel
The front desk and breakfast staff were incredibly nice and welcoming. We had a very late check-in in which they were very understanding. We had come from out of state to see a relative graduate from Ft. Sill so it was nice to find a clean, reasonably priced hotel not far from the base. Would definitely stay again if we come back to Lawton in the future.

the staff was wonderful, the room was clean. we didn't have them clean the room because we stayed 5 days, but they replaced the towels and took the trash away when we needed. thank you very much for making our stay with our grandson, who is at fort sill, very comfortable and inviting.

We enjoyed our visit. Breakfast was amazing every day and they lady that kept it clean and kept it full of hot food. The entire time. Our room was nice and clean. Each day why we was out they cleaned our room and kept clean towels. Check in was a breeze the guy at the front desk at night was really nice and helpful. Would definitely stay again if I come to the area again.

Staff at front desk was extremely rude and was more into what he was doing on the computer to even raise his head to acknowledge anyone. Room smelled like old moldy socks. Hairs (multiple lengths) in the bed, shower was filthy. It was an all around terrible experience!! Don’t bother wasting your money staying here!!
