Located in the Puy du rocher residence, you will be 2 minutes walk from the Rocher du cerf slope which takes you back to the heart of the resort. An ideal location for hiking, skiing, mountain biking enthusiasts.... The apartment consists of a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen (filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, induction hob, kettle... to feel like home), a friendly dining area overlooking the terrace with a superb view of the Plomb du Cantal and the Rocher du cerf slope, a cosy living room with a convertible sofa bed 140x190 and its wifi corner, TV box. On the same level is a cocoon bedroom with a double bed 140x190, a shower room and a separate toilet. On the upper level, a children's bedroom with 3 single beds 90x190, a large bedroom with a double bed 140x190 and a shower room with toilet and washing machine complete the apartment. You will also have a non-covered private parking space and a large ski storage room to store and keep your belongings summer and winter. Perfect for experiencing unforgettable holidays on the ski slopes and hiking trails of Europe's largest volcano. A raclette appliance and board games will be present in this accommodation. Pets are not allowed, non-smoking accommodation. Free wifi is available and included in this accommodation. Bed linen and towels are not provided, we can rent them upon request via our agency.
