Bella struttura nel paesino di Lavarone, consigliato a chi vuole prendersi una settimana di assoluto relax. Consiglio la camera con vista sul lago. Molto suggestiva.

Härligt bedagat(positivt) hotel med fantastiskt läge uppe i bergen på ca 1200 möh. Bra frukost. Tyvärr fick vi rum utan balkong.

Un buon hotel anche se un po' datato, letti comodi. Ottima posizione e stupenda vista sul lago ma un po' caro per ciò che offre. Colazione a buffet abbondante ma a mio avviso da migliorare.

Un luogo magico, da mantenere tale

Posizione favolosa, ottimi servizi, personale sempre gentile e disponibile. Ottima la colazione con prodotti tipici e dolci fatti in casa da leccarsi i baffi. Probabilmente alla struttura serve una leggera "svecchiata" per avvicinarlo agli standard moderni (soprattutto per quel che riguarda i bagni delle camere), pur mantenendo quell'aura da hotel di classe un po' retrò.

Il nostro soggiorno è stato gradevole: reception eccellente grazie alla gentilezza della signora Vera. Camera ottima come comfort e vista sul lago, ma purtroppo al nostro arrivo il bidet non scaricava l'acqua e la tenda della finestra era danneggiata. Entrambi sono stati comunque subito riparati. Colazione accettabile ma purtroppo la scelta dei piatti della cena mancava di cibi leggeri o per vegetariani.

Comodo per escursioni in zona

A fine Giugno 2020 la località non è molto frequentata quindi intorno non c’è granché, ma l’hotel è bello, ampio e in bella posizione panoramica. Comodo anche il parcheggio

E' situato in una posizione strategica vicino e con vista sul lago. La zona relax è buona così come la colazione, la cucina e il servizio in generale, avrebbe però bisogno di essere un pò rinnovato. L'esperienza è stata comunque positiva.

Tranquillo soggiorno sportivo.

Buona disponibilità del personale. Ottima colazione. Cena economica ma non eccezionale. Servizio discreto. Ottima posizione della camera con vista lago. Zona molto tranquilla ideale per rigenerarsi e fare sport.

Colazione a 4 stelle... con espresso a pagamento

L'hotel è in generale adeguato alle aspettative, ma ci sono alcune cose non ottimali da segnalare: - la piscina era affollatissima di bambini urlanti e quindi impraticabile da adulti senza prole a seguito. Problema facilmente risolvibile inserendo degli orari differenziati; - non c'era presenza di personale nella SPA, con molti utenti che non rispettavano le minime condizioni igieniche previste dal regolamento dell'hotel (es. uso del telo in sauna) - trovo assurdo dover pagare in un hotel a 4 stelle il telo x la SPA e ancora più assurdo dover pagare il caffè espresso a colazione (...non essendo questo incluso nella colazione).

Il mio compagno ed io abbiamo soggiornato per soli due giorno. Siamo stati bene, stanza vista lago confortevole e pulita. Alla reception un accoglienza e cortesia straordinaria. Abbiamo cenato , tutto buono e abbondante con una spesa davvero ridicola, anche il personale del ristorante simpatico. L ' unica pecca era la zona benessere. Odore di chiuso molto fastidioso ,poco accogliente .

incredibile che sia 4 stelle!

Soggiorno di coppia di 2 gg. Per iniziare ho prenotato una camera matrimoniale e al nostro arrivo alla reception ci danno una camera con 2 letti separati. L'addetta ci dice che l'albergo ha poche camere doppie!!!! Cmq riusciamo ad ottenere la camera matrimoniale. La camera era fredda!!ci e' voluto 1 giorno e mezzo per scaldarla!! Un angolo era pieno di muffa fino al soffitto. Frigo bar vuoto! In bagno c'erano 2 bicchieri di plastica e la dotazione per la doccia era in bustine. Ricordo che è un 4 stelle! Al cenonedi capodanno abbiamo pagato anche il bicchiere di prosecco per fare il brindisi! A colazione si pagava il cappuccino! L'hotel ha una bella piscina interna...con acqua fredda!! Inoltre non hanno gli accappatoi per tutti gli ospiti!! Giudizio globale assolutamente scadente e inviterei a verificare di persona. Visto quanto fanno pagare è incredibile un servizio cosi' scarso e deludente.

das Positivste war das Personal - sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit .....erhält die Note 1. Das Essen war gut . Frühstück war nicht "italienisch" sondern guter europäischer Standard. Abendessen war ausgezeichnet und man konnte neben dem "Salatbuffet" zur Vorspeise und Hauptgang aus drei unterschiedlichen Bestandteilen auszuwählen. Getränke-Weinauswahl und Preise gut. Wellnessbereich gut -allerdings mit 14Uhr Start viel zu spät. Zimmer-Bad, sauber, groß und in Ordnung. TV Empfang nicht gut. Das Hotel zeigt schon "Altersspuren" und sollte schellstens renoviert werden.

servizio molto scadente

dopo un lungo viaggio siamo arrivati all'hotel e ci e stato detto che le camere non erano disponibili e non era possibile lasciare bagagli se non in uno sgabuzzino x scarponi sci arrivati all'ora dettaci ci hanno assegnato dopo lunga attesa nella holl due camere gia occupate da terzi alla fine abbiamo ricevuto due camere non uguali recatomi a cena avendo la mezza pensione mi e stato detto che io avevo solo B&B senza controllare prima per poi avvertirmi dell'errore quando gia mi stavo recando fuori a cena. Per il resto riscaldamento non funzionante, televisione senza cavo antenna ecc ecc
