A sense of grandness, space and style you'll immediately relax and chill from your days adventure. Enjoy a local wine on the private back deck which captures all day sunlight. There's easy access to the city, the LGH, the iconic Cataract Gorge's local entrance via Basin road and our airport is only 10 minutes drive away Launceston's a gateway to the outstanding wineries in the north. So many adventures await you. The space The apartment is contemporary design offering space and high ceilings reflecting the character and heritage in the building. The kitchen is spacious and you'll have all you need for cooking up a storm. Keeping in mind Launcestons great dining options or a relaxed and easy BBQ on the balcony could be the go. With the kitchen and lounge area open and facing north there's abundance of natural light to greet you in the morning and continues throughout the day. There's a highlight window giving glimpses of the mountains snow capped for several months of the year and take in the beautiful sunrise. There are two double rooms both with comfy queen size beds and quality linens. The bathroom is modern and a good soak in the bath is a great way to relax after a great day. The laundry is stylish and all you need to meet your travel requirements. Yours to enjoy this light filled living and dining area with it's contemporary feel and classic character touches in a stylish apartment. Guest access You'll have full access to the property except the front verandah and front entrance. Other things to note The apartment at the front shares internal walls so mutual respect for each other means everyone will enjoy a peaceful relaxed stay. Conveniently located close to many attraction in Launceston and easy access to transport routes and shopping areas makes this stay a great spot to use as a base for exploring the city, surrounding areas and beyond. Generous sized kitchen, living area and bedrooms ensured a very comfortable stay to either kick back and relax or get out and explore, a real home away from home.
