Nightmare hotel charging Aud 140 a night
Hotel room is old with WC flush being a red button on the wall. Bath room filled with spider and webs. No aircon. Next to the road and is very noisy. Warbrobe is dirty and bathroom floor is dirty. Tap need to adjust between hot and cold water. Highly not recommended for anyone to stay.

Room condition is good. The only problem is shower and toilet was flooded with water after shower and there is no way to drain the water which makes the bathroom really mess.

The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the hot water system was good. The wifi left a lot to be desired continuously dropping in and out. An ironing board in the rooms would be beneficial, especially given the limited reception hours. It would be helpful if there was a chargeback with local eateries given that there is no onsite restaurant.

Clean and comfortable room with no bells and whistles, but that was fine, it's a budget motel. TV reception was a bit dodgy. Most happy with the staff, who let us have a late checkout due to an event that ran all morning!

The motel is ok. Very close to the city, shops, cafes and sights of the city. Nice and white linen, good looking bath towels. The building and premises are in need of budgetary and modern repairs. Parking area is difficult for cars to park, you need to be a professional driver so as not to ram other cars in the parking.

The Rooms were a little dated but very clean and comfortable. Mattress was firm. Very close to most places in Launceston. Parking outside your unit.

Nice location right at the edge of the park. The property is nothing flash and obviously facilities and decor are a bit dated. But i booked this place because i was looking for comfortable, budget accommodation for a family of 5 and this is exactly what it is. For the price, i was more than happy. I thought the lady at the desk who checked us in was friendly and welcoming and the check in process was simple and efficient.

This property was in an awesome location and the staff were great. I would give the accommodation a 2 star rating because the bed was like sleeping on a piece of cardboard on a pallet.. Both my partner and I woke up, cranky due to the lack of sleep from the bed ... if you like an extra firm bed then this is the place for you, I personally would prefer a medium.

I wouldn’t stay again . They told me they upgraded us to a 2 bedroom apartment. 1 bedroom you couldn’t sleep on the bed it was so hard they other room was bearable. The kitchen stove lights didn’t work and dirty . The heater in the bathroom didn’t work . It’s very old and needs lots of work on it.

After booking 3 weeks in advance and receiving confirmation then as loading car to depart receive a cancelation of our booking at the last minute!!! No other accommodation available and no refund on our theatre tickets. Total disaster and $150 out of pocket. To top it off, our friends joining us for the weekend decided to double check their booking to be told , (double booked, your accomodation has been cancelled). Never again! Will be blacklisting this business far and wide.

Helpful staff. Nice convenient position opposite lovely park. Very adequate for our needs at a very reasonable price. Exterior a bit shabby and could be cleaned up. Parking very easy.

Pretty standard and ok for the price
It is a well positioned motel. Has pretty much the basics and the reception was friendly. It is local right on the road so it is a bit noisy and the windows rattle. It needs a little make up. It is okay for the price. Make sure you use the mat on the tub when you shower. Very slippery.
