The Space:  
Discover your home away from home in this charming retreat, offering a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. The modern, spacious kitchen is fully equipped, inviting you to prepare your favorite meals or enjoy a cozy night in. The open-plan living area features a wood heater and reverse cycle air conditioning, ensuring year-round comfort. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-sized bed, while two additional queen-sized rooms provide ample space for relaxation. Enjoy the convenience of a washing machine and dryer, a full-size bath, and a walk-in shower, making this ideal for short or long-term stays. Step outside to your private outdoor space or the front balcony with river views and the sparkling city lights of Launceston at night.  
  
Guest Access:  
Guests will have access to the entire holiday home, including three bedrooms, a full bathroom, a living room, a kitchen, and a patio or balcony. Please note that access to the front of the property, including the stairs and garden, is not available. Parking is available at the rear of the property, with access to the house via a set of steps from the carpark.

A short drive will take you to the heart of Launceston, where you can explore a variety of dining options, from cozy cafes to acclaimed restaurants. For those who enjoy outdoor adventures, Cataract Gorge Reserve is just a stone's throw away, offering stunning natural beauty, walking trails, and the famous chairlift. You'll also find local shops and convenient amenities within easy reach, making your stay both relaxing and practical. Take a leisurely stroll to nearby parks or simply enjoy the tranquility of the neighborhood, knowing that everything you need is close at hand.  
  
Getting Around:  
Getting around Forest Rd Haven is easy. Free parking is available at the rear of the property, providing convenient access to the house. The closest public transport options are a short walk away, offering access to the Launceston city center and surrounding areas. For those flying in, Launceston Airport (LST) is approximately a 20-minute drive. You can also easily explore the region by car, with major attractions like Cataract Gorge and the Tamar Valley within a comfortable distance.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
Please note that check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Parking is available at the rear of the property. Please access the house via the steps from the carpark. The front garden and stairs are not accessible. We kindly ask guests to respect the property and neighbors during their stay. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the property is left in an unreasonable condition. For any issues or inquiries, please don't hesitate to contact me – I'm here to help ensure you have a comfortable stay.

Met my needs. House was well equipped with everything I needed. One problem -the stairs. Managed to get my suitcase down and back up again. I enjoyed my stay.
