House was really clean and modern. First impression was that we were really impressed. We ran out of hot water on one of the days because there were 5 of us showering around the same time but we learnt to manager that the other days and had no problems. We didn't use the outdoors areas because it was winter but the gas fire place and other heating arrangements were great. And the kids loved having their own rooms.
