Enter the ground floor with an expansive double garage, offering the luxury of off-street parking. The fully equipped laundry and a downstairs bedroom are conveniently located here, with a plush double bed for a restful sleep located within the bedroom space. There are bus stops located nearby outside Princes Square Park and the Launceston General Hospital. It is easy to spot – painted with the black and brown stripes of a Tasmanian Tiger! Please keep your showers to a maximum of 25 minutes at a time to avoid running out of hot water throughout your stay.
