Check in through digital kiosk and QR code to assign yourself room keys was new to me, not as fun as chatting with staff upon check in but efficient. Always come to the Excalibur for the charm of the castle. Still missing the dragon.

House keeping did not come to clean and replace towels. I had to call the front desk that Saturday and they came at 4PM.

We had a marvelous time celebrating my mom’s 79th birthday at Paris Resort & Casino. The lines were very long for check-in so I highly recommend using the kiosks available for both check-in and check-out.
