This hotel has seen better days. Check in was slow. Thank goodness the staff is great or the marks would be lower. The place smells terrible and even on the 20th floor, sleeping was difficult due to the smoke smell. Toilet was running all the time. Paying a cheep price gets you a cheep experience. ...

I paid for a strip view. Ended up being the width of an alley way. The rest was block by the buildings around. They still claimed it was a strip view. So was a waste to up grade.
