A bit outdated. Had to complain for 2 full days and 2 nights and had to speak to over 10 people before they agreed to switch rooms. The original one had this bad humming sound that kept me awake. After speaking to engineering they told me it was an electrical humming coming from the mechanical room at least 4-5 doors down. That same room had an awful plumbing sound when other units were emptying their bath or taking shower some vibrations in the shower pipe. I paid a bit extra for the Resort Tower room to get a better view (24-25 th floor). Those apparently have nicer/larger bathroom and are supposed to be renovated. My original room had a “nice” view overlooking the highway, the parking and the train tracks … and yes, those trains blow their horns at night when crossing the city. So beware, if you’re a light sleeper like me. The second room they gave had no issues and overlooked the strip. I believe this hotel was purchase by the Hard Rock Group so expect loud rock music blasting on the main floor (Casino section) even in the morning. The bottom line: conveniently located on the strip, inexpensive vs other surrounding hotels but a bit outdated. Once I was able to get to a manager, everything was settle to my satisfaction but I can’t get over the fact that I had to waste so much energy to just switch room in a hotel that big and with that much turnover. I would book there again because of the price and cross my fingers for a good room and in the Resort Tower/suites.

awful service. no TV service. maintenance came. rebooted service. stopped working within 10 minutes. next day door keys didn't work. got new keys. still didn't work. housekeeping tried her master key. still didn't work. she called maintenance. 45 minutes later we were still waiting for someone to show up. I was sitting on the floor with a laundry bag filled with ice. I also needed to get into the room to take my insulin shot. another 30 minutes goes by. A security guy finally shows up. 15 minutes later the door is opened remotely. we are told to pack up. we are being moved to another room. 30 minutes later, security and the 2 of us are still waiting for keys to the new room. It is now 4:30pm. we are going to The Sphere. We would like to clean up. have a relaxed, nice dinner and then walk over to The Sphere at 6pm. doors open at 6:30pm. concert starts at 7:30pm. we finally get keys, go in. bathroom faucet leaks and tv says no service! It is a good thing The Mirage is closing voluntarily. with this level of service, knowing I needed an insulin shot as well as to lay down, elevate and ice my leg, (knee reconstruction), and the lack of concern for a quests medical needs is appalling. But, as your staff demonstrated, you clearly don't give a damn. I can't imagine the response if I went into diabetic shock. Leave me lay on the floor for close to another 2 hours?

Pool and main floor were great. Rooms were a bit dated. AC worked in the room but not great. Could tell a noticeable difference in temperature walking into the hallway. Even opened door a couple times to let the cooler air in. Location couldn’t be better though. Makes walking to the Venetian and Sphere super easy. Did hear this place is shutting down in a couple months though so if you’re dying to get out there you’d better hurry!

Contrary to all the very poor reviews, the Mirage was wonderful!!! I read so many bad reviews regarding the Mirage that said since it was closing next month, the staff and everything was terrible. I was prepared for the worst (and was only staying there for the reasonable cost and the proximity to the Sphere) but it ended up being fantastic. Beautiful hotel, clean, excellent facilities, good restaurants and bars, competent friendly staff and an awesome pool. We rented a cabana and though pricey, it was so worth it (but chairs by the pool would be fine too!!). I don’t understand why they have to demolish such a nice hotel—it’s a shame. If you are staying here in the next month or so, don’t worry—it’s great.

I loved everything about the property with the exception of the employees you had working at the gelato counter yesterday 5/19 around 11:30. The entire weekend I planned to wait until I was leaving to enjoy a scoop of gelato. With bags in hand before the Lyft was called we approached the counter. There wer 2-3 flavors that I could have chosen so my intent was to sample them to make sure my 1 scoop was the right choice. There was no one else at the counter time so I ask for a sample of the peanut butter. As soon as I said that, the women takes a deep breath, says something to the other employee standing there doing nothing and says something in another language. She then proceeds to tell me, just 1 please. Long story short, I left the building without any gelato and with a bad taste in my mouth about your facility. This employee needs to be fired or at the very least, trained on customer service. She is a detriment to your establishment

Great mid-range hotel in Las Vegas! Going to miss the Mirage! Check in desk lacked appropriate number of staff, as check-in lines were continuously long. Room cleaning was excellent! Restaurants were top-notch! Rooms were quite comfortable and clean. Loved the atmosphere throughout the hotel!

Was using the pool and buying drinks and paying everything at the same time with credit card , after leaving hotel , the last day the gives me balance of 600!$ saying that I was putting everything on room balance , which is a had all the checks , they removed those money form receipt , after I left next day , they charge me those money from credits card I was using over there , and no one gives back your deposits money !!!!

It was a nice stay. Glad that we stayed there before they closed the property. It was a little dated but still very nice. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Adnan at the front desk went out of his way to get me moved to the room I originally booked.

I love staying at the Iconic Mirage. It had everything we needed for our overnight stay. I gave 4 stars only because it’s closing in July and the carpet upkeep was lacking and the bath soaps not adequate. Otherwise great stay👍
