Normally the Palms Place is my go to stay when on my business trips. This time I was very disappointed. There was duct tape on the floor, the bath tub had a foul smell. Refrigerator was barely working and the is maker would start to fill melt and then freeze into a sold block of ice. I stay here because my trip last a total of 8 days and I enjoy being able to make my own food while there. Damaged monitor was left in the suite, the television speakers didn’t work properly. In addition to several lamps.the room was Dirty. When I called down to report I was told I would need to be on the room for maintenance to make any repairs. I explained that I was on a business trip and could not wait around for someone. I asked to be moved and was told there were no rooms available at the time. As most places were sold out or to far from my convention, I had to opt to stay in this very sad room.

The hotel was extremely professional in the valet area and unbelievably helpful. Security checked that I was a visitor at the property before allowing entry to elevators. Check in at front desk was fast easy and straight to the point no hassle my room had an incredible view on the 22nd floor but view direction was not towards the strip, but towards the communities surrounding but still had a stunning view of the mountains around Las Vegas. Unfortunately I wasn't able to take advantage of, the bathtub that was connected to my bedroom as the hot tub was one reason why I specifically booked the room I wanted it did not allow the water to fill up a simple rubber stopper would have fixed this issue. I was there for four days and this was never resolved, disappointing but not a full dealbreaker. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone interested just take pictures of any scratches dents, paint or scuffs as my room somewhere in tear I was not aware of, but I guess I should have considered that being possible.

The Suite was beautiful and private. The walls and mirrors/windows could have used a good cleaning. Fingerprints and tape left over that did not belong to us. Overall, great place to stay. Would consider it again.

The staff were not helpful and extremely rude to me. The room was insanely dirty and when i asked for it to be fixed i was told i didnt ask quick enough after check in so they would have to charge me to come in and fix the disgusting bedding they didnt change from the previous stay. It was clear it wasnt changed either as there was food and wrappers all over the bed. I spent a lot of money to have a very dirty room and to be treated like i wasnt good enough to stay at their properties. I honestly think this is the worst stay and customer experience i have had anywhere yet.

We had an amazing stay in two separate appartments and enjoyed the views and amenities that’s the palms and casino both offered. Had some difficulty’s with room keys but other than that it was a pleasant stay. Thanks for having us out!

Lack of showing customer service and greetings of hospitality from the front desk. Some were helpful but no one expressed any interest in being happy or smiling and they set the tone for the place . Every time you went there it was like “now what” . The bell men and valet guys were nice and eager to help. The exact opposite at the front desk.

Love the view we had and the set up of the room. The jet tub was the best! Only thing was the drainage in double sinks were slow and the tub water took a while to get hot and was slow. The main fridge was a bit dirty.

Property owner and onsite management were unable to fix most issues during entire stay. Promised repairs daily but both groups continued to blame the other for lack of progress. Expedia also unable and unwilling to help resolve problems and we were unable to speak with a live person for help ( lengthy chats were terminated multiple times while attempting resolution). Promised rental description was inaccurate and was never resolved (2 king beds vs 1 king /1 pullout). Master TV was broken and never repaired with daily updates from owner and front desk given conflicting excuses. Room was dirty, washer/dryer ridiculously complicated and inefficient (12 hours to dry single load), missing utensils (1fork-0 sharp knives), missing bedding, inoperable phones, broken usb charging stations. A very frustrating vacation! Think twice

The hotel was nice. I had problems with the WiFi. I could not connect and needed to call the internet company myself to trouble shoot the problems. I ended up just paying for WiFi but even then I had trouble. WiFi was not loading and would disconnect. I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights….3 of those I had to change my key out. The last night I was up and down the elevator 6 times because I could not get into my room. Finally the security guard helped me and I was able to get in my room after 40 minutes of me going up and down the elevator. Overall nice hotel but bad costumer service.

Property management was very communicative prior to check in and then ghosted as soon as we checked in and had concerns about the room. The room was not sufficiently cleaned, jacuzzi tub was disgusting and filled with soap scum & hair from previous guests- absolutely unuseable and one of the features we wanted for our Valentines staycation. Bathroom sink only has scalding hot water- the cold water faucet was completely non-operational and clearly you can’t wash your hands/face in scalding water. The bed was comfortable, the view was nice but the general cleanliness of the room was pretty gross. Trash from previous guests was revealed when we opened the curtains and in random places. Whomever they use for cleaning contract is subpar. Since this is a “private owned” rental within the hotel, the hotel cleaning staff cannot assist or resolve issues. Pretty disappointed for the price we paid and the fact that the property owner never acknowledged these issues at all- I definitely would NOT recommend.
