La chambre est spacieuse et dispose d’un lit grand et confortable. En revanche, la climatisation est très bruyante et nous entendions la ventilation du bâtiment d’à côté non stop (malgré la fenêtre fermée). La kitchenette n’est pas équipée (plaques de cuisson, assiettes, couverts, bouilloire, …). De plus, nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cet hotel mais personne ne s’est occupé de notre chambre : à notre arrivée, 1 savon et 1 gel douche étaient à notre disposition. Le lendemain personne n’est passé ajouter de nouveaux produits ou faire le ménage. Nous en avons fait part à la personne à la réception qui nous a confirmé que quelqu’un passerait le lendemain. The room was ok and neat. However, we did not get the view of the strip as we paid for, which was Xtra, there was everything for coffee and tea except the actual coffee and tea. None of my emails/chat requests were answered as I specifically requested things. Safety concerns regard the door that is supposed to be locked as guests are to use their key card to enter. I had to walk down a hall smelling of feces and marijuana to get to a vending machine. The room smelled like feet. I had to air it out and spray febreeze every couple of hours. Should have been disclosed and I will take to Colorado small claims court if not refunded. Absurd locking at 8 PM in Vegas forced people to use outside stairs to get to their room accessed by card. Room lock was defective and didn't want to respond to card. Hard to gain entry to room. Almost had to call for help after hours. TV in room 206 had two remotes and I never could get it to work. GOOD: Room was clean and spacious, very quiet, and with light-proof blinds. Office staff very helpful with tip on locals restaurant, and a great bagel restaurant next door.
