This was absolutely worth the money! The host was great with communication and willing to address any concerns that arose. The house was super clean, with plenty of linens for our needs, and the beds were quite comfortable. Location was ideal, just close enough to the action of the strip that we were able to enjoy the reason we were there, and just far enough that we weren't bothered by the hustle and bustle. The house is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood, and that was very appreciated. The only part that was disappointing is that I didn't notice the pool and spa were not in operation during the winter months, and everyone came with that expectation in mind. That was an oversight on my part and certainly not the host's fault. I would absolutely choose to stay here again, and hope it is aviable the same week next year. :)

We could not get the master bathroom shower to produce hot water for some reason, seemed like there was a valve problem with the shower itself as there was hot water elsewhere. mis communication on the availability of the hot tub in winter was a minor inconvenience. overall the house fit our needs well and the location and neighborhood were great.

No Chests of Drawers in any bedrooms. Had to unpack and lay clothes on the floors and use an ironing board for a nightstand. A trip to IKEA for a couple of sets of drawers could have made this place perfect. Glad the floors were spotless!

Some disappointment

A major decision point for this house was the heated hot tub. On the day before travel to the location we were notified that an issue with the hot tub existed and would be resolved shortly. This later became something they needed a part for . No further contact with owner has been received. My messages have not been returned. I have stayed at maybe 10 homes, this has been my most frustrating experience. Totally understand that things happen, it’s what you do after that can define the situation.

The location was perfect for what we were looking for! Quiet neighborhood, spacious home. Close to everything but far enough from the strip. Terry was an very responsive host, the place was just as described, I will definitely return to this house in the future!

Beautiful house in great neighborhood

This was an amazing property in an adorable neighborhood. It is amazing how peaceful and quiet this home is when it is a 10 minute Uber ride to the heart of the action in Freemont or the Strip. Terry is a phenomenal host who was attentive and responsive. The house is nicely appointed with a great layout for friends, couples, or families. If you like a clean and quiet place to stay as a respite from the craziness that is Las Vegas, this is the place for you.

Well run company

Everything to do with our stay was good.They even ordered a folding chair for us when we needed another seat at the dining room table. There were many towels and everything was working properly. It would be nice to have a dresser in the master and a side table in one of the bedrooms that had two large beds. Since it was winter, we did not use the backyard/pool.

Great option for bigger parties!

We had six adults staying for a concert and we all got our own beds. The property was close to the venue and airport making it very convenient and centrally located. The host was very responsive to messages and the check in/out process was easy. Would stay again!

Perfect in every way

The property comes ready for your stay just bring your luggage and have fun. We loved being able to sit outside under the trellis or swim in the pool or relax in the jacuzzi. Close to the strip, Dunkin,Starbucks and ihop. Newly updated and very clean. . Close to the strip

Perfect House for a Bachelorette Getaway!

I rented this property with 5 of my girlfriends to celebrate my bachelorette party. I was looking for a house with a pool and hot tub in a neighborhood that was not only safe and quiet, but close to the places we wanted to go. This area is equidistant from the Strip and Downtown Las Vegas. This property went above and beyond what I was looking for and we were all happy with the stay. I especially loved that each person had at least a double bed to themselves with plenty of space to spread out and mingle. The appliances and amenities were all great. The outdoors peace is also lovely. We had enough space to have a yoga instructor come to the house and give a private class to 8 of us outside. Would love to stay here again! Terry was also very easy to get a hold of and check-in/check-out was super easy. Highly recommend!
