The front desk will require a physical credit or debit card at check-in, but it's only for incidentals (spa packages, restaurant, bar, room service) or damage to the property. If you use a debit card for incidentals, the front desk will place a $100-per-night, per-unit hold on your card (please note this if you are booking two adjoining/adjacent units), with a maximum hold of $300 per unit. This amount will be released after you check out. At least one person in your group must be 21 years of age or older in order to reserve the room. You will not be given a room key by the Signature staff if you don't have someone who is at least 21 years of age on the reservation. Room was comfortable, and wonderfully centrally located for all our activities in Vegas. Valet parking made getting off strip and to further destinations a breeze. Communication with the property managers was some of the most efficient and swift responses I’ve ever seen, and greatly appreciated. We utilized the small fridge in the room for breakfasts and snack. Managers checked in to make sure all was going well mid visit. The pools were great to relax at and short walks from the towers to breakfasts, shopping and fine dining. We chose it because it was non smoking, no casino, adult pool, Starbucks downstairs, lounge and we used the tram to go to other casinos on the same side of the strip. It was so quiet. The bed was comfortable, lots of hangars in the closet, plenty of sitting area, didn't even use the kitchenette, nice to have a fridge. The shower was great, didn't use the spa tub. The bathroom was huge. The staff throughout the building were so nice and helpful. Always serving you with a smile on their face and eager to please. The valet were super friendly and we never had to wait for our vehicle. Matt (with whom we booked) was exceptional with his communication. I would stay at this property again without hesitation. Traffic was so bad because of construction, it was nice to be at the south end of the city. ##### Sheila B.
