Seemed understaffed. My first time to Vegas and I was blown away at how this resort had “special offers” and these offers are a way to hide a bunch of fees and ridiculous charges. After checking in there was a room upgrade option and it showed it was apart of a promotion and you could get better room for an extra $85 a night. Sure sounds like a good deal for a room on the top floor. Ok room that’s as old as your grandma with tv’s from 2009. Not luxury at all. Everything was fine until checkout when the $85 a night gets jacked up and ends up costing close to $500 with the “resort fee” a $40 a night “mobile upgrade fee” whatever the hell that is. Then there are hotel workers that approach us and offer us a welcome package and get you to “upgrade your stay for a small fee” sounded good to us and after we upgrade in order to redeem the welcome package you have to go do a 90 minute tour of a new hotel that they tell you about after you pay. After we found out and it conflicted with other reservations we booked it’s not refundable. Even asked if we could just get a refund in a slot credit and there was nothing they could do. Learned some lessons this trip. The hotel workers are no different then the crack head outside trying to hand you a show ticket or the aggressive bead monks. If you have never been to Vegas don’t upgrade anything because your just going to get shafted. Maybe I’m a dumb tourist but kinda pissed me off that things weren’t clear. Stay somewhere else.

The property inside is old. No mini fridge in the room. No drinking hot water is available for guests. No clear instructions for room checking out if you don't want to wait in the long line and talk to an associate. Overall it's a poor experience for my stay.

The cashier was very unprofessional and rude making us not very welcoming and uncomfortably. Otherwise other staff were helpful. Food stores on second floor especially nacho food store didn't compete food order by one chips and wouldn't give us the chips to compete the order very rude customer service experience

Wish parking was free for guest or something like that. Other than that, I’m not sure I have a single complaint. Maybe the timeshare people selling shows for “$25” turns out to be a timeshare bs tactic to talk lol hard no. Or my losses in roullette. 😂 The cleaning staff is A every single one of them had smiles, one even talked to me about where I’m from and the weather and all that. I love Excalibur and can’t wait to come back! The cleaning staff made it more than worth it! Check in is super quick even when there’s a half mile line. That’s hard to find!! I will stay at Excalibur every time. Thank you!

Solid value property. Comfortable bed, cold AC, good shower pressure and priced right….what more can you ask for. We didn’t go to Vegas to stay in our room so overall the Excalibur provided exactly what we were looking for. Always seemed less busy than other hotels. We ate at both Dick’s and TAP in-house restaurants which both were very good. Tram to Luxor and Mandalay Bay were also nice. Only negative feedback is the Sportsbook needs updated, definitely lacking compared to others (seats were worn out years ago).
