At around $35 a night, it’s one of the cheaper options in the area, but that low price definitely shows in the overall experience. The property feels more like a small motel than a hotel — a bit hidden and lowkey. The room was dirty and noisy, with the AC leaking water, stained sheets, and a bed that didn’t look or feel clean. The wood floors were also dirty, and when we asked for fresh sheets, our request was denied, which was really disappointing. On the positive side, the front desk staff was kind and accommodating — they let us check in two hours early without any extra charge, which we appreciated. But overall, the place needs serious attention to cleanliness and maintenance. The new room didn't smell but the fire alarm was covered with a plastic grocery bag, the thermostat was held together with Scotch tape, the bedding was stained and the shower leaked and got the floor soaked. There was no hair conditioner nor hand soap but 2 bottles of body lotion. The Container Park 50 feet away was so loud and played until 2am, and there were no breakfast items as listed on the booking site. I asked why they wouldn’t let people know as we had children with us, and especially the music had foul language in it he front desk said we would’t have any customers if we told you!!! The bathroom window wouldn’t close and there was no soap in the bathroom. The carpark had homeless going through trash and somebody threw up clearly days before and still there. I have video to show how loud it was at obsene hours and pictures to show how filthy. Please expedia take them off your site.
