Most importantly, the shower had a serious issue where the temperature of the water was very inconsistent and couldn’t be controlled by the shower handle. Also the room was advertised as accommodating up to four people, but there were only two coffee cups forks, knives, plate, plates, etc. One roll of toilet paper and one container of body lotion when we arrived. The room itself was clean and equipped with everything we needed. Only issues were the bathtub not draining well and the AC blowing really strongly right at the dining table, so we couldn't sit there to eat. We were very impressed with how quickly someone was sent to our room after we reported the bathtub drain issue. Unfortunately, it wasn't resolved from the first fix, even though we were told it was. We had to report the drain issue a 2nd time. A different person came and did much more than the first person, which finally resolved the issue. Otherwise, a great stay. ##### Tina L.
