  • Completely remodeled condo unit in beautiful Summerlin. Close to restaurants, parks, shops, golfing and walking/jogging trails. Ideally located just 15 min to all the excitement of the strip. 10 min trip to hiking in Red Rock National Conservation. Best of all worlds. The condo is a ground level unit with two queen size beds and offers, WIFI, cable with 3 big screen TV's, outdoor patio, outdoor pool/jacuzzi (please note the pool is open April 1 - November 1), assigned parking space, walk to restaurants and bars. Very clean condo featuring brand new granite counter tops, brand new cabinets, stainless appliances and washer dryer. Beautiful real wood burning fireplace for coziness. Quiet and serene location. This is a non-smoking/pet free unit. Smoking on the patio is permitted.

We had a fantastic stay in Kimberly and Brian's condo. It was the perfect location to be convenient to everything but far enough away from the strip to be quiet and calm. The unit was clean and comfortable and the hosts were very responsive. We had everything we needed for a very nice stay. I highly recommend this listing.

Our stay at this Condo was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and even better than the pictures. Every little detail was thoughtfully prepared, making it feel cozy, welcoming, and luxurious all at once. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay.The location was perfect, close to everything while still being peaceful and relaxing. We especially loved how comfortable the beds were and how clean and organized the entire space felt. It truly felt like a home away from home.I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, stress-free, and memorable getaway. The condo is exactly as listed! Kim was such a gracious and attentive host! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Felt much more comfortable and relaxed there rather than a hotel!! We didn’t want for anything! We have family in Vegas so we will be booking with Kim again!!
