Beautifully completely remodeled Huge one-story home. Quiet and beautiful environment. Just 5 minutes away from the strip and downtown! Only 8 mins to Las Vegas convention center. Close to Costco business center with a gas station. This house is located in the middle of the city in the extremely quiet area on a huge 1 acre lot.

This property on Sharon Road was great. Location could not have been better, just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the strip but close enough to be in the action within minutes. Property owner was very responsive and everything was super clean. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for a short stay. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay. This is a beautiful, well appointed property in fairly close proximity to the strip. Ray was highly responsive…even came over personally to clean and set up the pool and jacuzzi, which I greatly appreciated.

The property was as described and shown in the pictures. Nice and clean, and the pool was in excellent shape. We had a great time enjoying the pool, and the property is located within 15 minutes from the strip and less then 10 minutes from Fremont street - that's a bonus!

The house couldn't have been nicer and Ray was a wonderful host. Location and Neiborhood was perfect. There was a very nice outdoor area with a pool that we used many times. It was typically only a 15 minute drive to the convention center and the strip. We would definitely stay here again.

Located in a great neighborhood with 5 .inite access to everything you could need. My family and I had the most comfortable away from experience every. Ray (owner) was so pleasant and easy to communicate when needed. The only issue was the internet was a little unstable but other than, it was everything that we needed and .more.

Hot Tub

The property is perfect-very spacious and clean. Lots of things for the kids to do. The kids had a good time. Only thing con I can say about the property, is that we had to pay extra for the hot tub which is already advertised on the site. So it was expectedto be on when we got there. We just paid it because we wanted to have the amenity.

Very spacious house, great beds!

The house is so spacious that we each got our own bedroom. There were 4 of us staying. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped. Plenty of space to lounge around and to relax. The outdoor space of this house is gorgeous. Sadly, it was too cold for us to use the pool, or to even have meals in the backyard. I would definitely love to go back there in the warmer months.

Property just as advertised. Gorgeous! I stayed here years before it was great then and just as amazing now. All the furnishings have been updated. They pay attention to details that make a place comfortable like extra blankets. Read and ask questions about heating the jacuzzi so that there are no surprises.

Hands down the best experience in a vrbo I have had. The place was gorgeous, clean, and Ray (the host) was responsive and attentive. We had 1 issue, the microwave was showing an error code and Ray brought another microwave right over. We will definitely be thinking of this property when coming back to Vegas.

The pool was cold, there is an extra charge for the hot tub of 50.00 a day and it’s only hot from 2pm-11pm. He gave us a free day of hot tub but it never got hot then he told me that I needed to turn the heat up. He needs to post that the hot tub is an extra charge because it says no hidden fee but I say that was a hidden fee. Other than the hot tub issue the beds were uncomfortable. The house was hot the day we arrived it took forever to cool it off. We wanted to BBQ but there wasn’t much propane so we didn’t get to have that. The house was in a decent area it was clean.

Great experience

The experience we had with this house was great. it’s big, clean, house has two living rooms we used mostly one, the dining room we didn’t even used, 4 big bedrooms, 2 with bathrooms, overall we loved the house, located in a very nice neighborhood quiet and close to everything 7 minutes to Fremont 10 minutes to the strip. Ray was great and always available. No complains, we loved this house and I am keeping the info to rent again.

You will not find a cleaner home

Our entire stay was great. Kitchen had anything we needed, all appliances are like new. Great washer and dryer. Outside temp was well over 100 but house stayed cool. We felt safe in the neighborhood. I can’t say enough how clean everything was. Every kitchen cupboard was neatly organized. We never used the pool so I can’t speak to it, but it appeared very well maintained. Overall I would have no problem staying again.
