Fick meddelande innan Arrival att vi skulle bli flyttade till ett annat hotell men fick inget namn, var tvungna att checka in på Palm först och sedan gå ca 500 m i Larnaca trafiken med alla resväskor. Det är inte okänt man kommer på kvällen. Om vi fått namnet hade en kunna gå och checkat in och de andra stanna med väskor direkt nu fick vi släpa dubbla gånger. För övrigt var personalen väldigt trevlig!

Die Fotos entsprachen nicht der Realität. Es war ein Loch und kein schönes Apartment. Hatte Schimmel an den Wände und Kakalaken hatten uns in der Nacht auch besucht.

+В отличном районе , в шаговой доступности от лучшего пляжа +Большая площадь номеров +Есть все кухонное микроволновки и плитка +Тв с англоязычными каналами - туалет без вентиляции, очень не приятно - в номере до 4ых 2 дивана раскладных очень жёсткие, спать модно только на одной маленькой половинке Приветливый консьерж .

Der erste Eindruck (von außen) trügt. Das Hotel macht äußerlich einen schäbigen und heruntergekommenen Eindruck. Das Apartment war dafür dann wider Erwarten sehr modern und komfortabel eingerichtet. Negativ ist der nicht vorhandene (hauseigene) Parkplatz. Das Hotel befindet sich an einer Einbahnstraße mit markierten Parkflächen. An diesen stehen jedoch Parkuhren (Höchstparkdauer 1 h).

Overall good

I booked palm sea apartments but was given place in different appartment. Appartment was very nice which was plus point. There was no service, no bed sheet were changed or offered new sheets in 5 days of stay. Beach is just round the corner. It’s right in the city centre.

Nie polecam. Obiekt w rzeczywistości nie przypomina ani trochę miejsca ze zdjęć. Jedyny widok jakiego doświadczyłam to na śmietniki przy mcdonald’s. Obiekt jest stary i zaniedbany. Żałuję rezerwacji w tym obiekcie. Jedynym pozytywem jest właściciel, który jest przyjazny.

Bardzo przyjemny czas spędzony w sympatycznym miejscu. Niezwykle życzliwa i pomocna obsługa. Niewielka recepcja i winda, ale pokoje okazałe i dobrze wyposażone. Wspaniała lokalizacja! Blisko do plaży, najważniejszych atrakcji i przystanku autobusowego.

Fantantic location just by the beach.

Our room was lovely very clean and not long renovated. It was 2 seconds from the beach and the restaurants. The appartments are family owned and they are so nice and friendly and easy to communicate with, nothing was a problem to them and also keen to help out. The room was cleaned daily and was done to a very high standand (i am very fusy with cleaning). Very very pleased and tbis is the only place i will staying when in Cyprus. Thank you for a wonderful time. Xx

Останавливались на одну ночь перед вылетом. Удобно расположен - рядом остановка автобуса 425 который идет в аэропорт. В аппартаментах довольно новая мебель, но нет вентиляции поэтому окно должно быть открыто. Кондиционером мы не пользовались. Это рядом с набережной, вечером долго шумели на улице.

Good location and just about fine for a week

A good location in the middle of fantastic Larnaca. The apartments are basic and clean enough. If you wished to cook you would be able to carry out the basics. Would we stay again probably not.

Dejlig lejlighed

Tilpas stor og veludstyret lejlighed. Pæn stand og upåklageligt ren - blev overfladisk gjorte ren hver dag! Pænt badeværelse og bruseniche, dog med ustabil temperatur på brusevandet. Vi savnede en topmadras - og fælles lagen/tæppe bliver aldrig min favorit. Men overordnet helt klart en god oplevelse, som vi kan anbefale andre.

Prime location,nightlife, food, beach, boardwalk

The condition of the room itself far exceeded what I was anticipating. Everything was modern. Separate a/c units for bedroom and living room which helped as you can shut the bedroom door and keep it nice and cold! Balcony off the bedroom has a decent view of the water. Primary selling point is location. You simply cannot beat it. Great price for such a great location.

Hôtel très bien situé, à 50m de la plage et en plein centre ville! Propre, bien équipé sèche cheveux, lave linge, tres grands lit, personnel adorable et accueillant !!! Un tout petit peu bruillant la nuit à cause des bars à proximité. Les photos sur le site devraient être mise à jour, car les chambres sont très modernes contrairement au photo du site !!!

convenient and very clean

we were made very welcome when we arrived. the apartment was clean and well equipped. excellent value for money. only downside was it was a bit noisy as close to pubs but great for young couples or stay over on way to airport.
