The Les Dunes de Toulhars residence boasts architecture that blends seamlessly with the coastline and a quiet location. Its beachfront location makes this studio a pleasant experience. Located on the 1st floor and in the corner of the residence with an elevator, this studio boasts a magnificent sea view that can be admired from its large, south-facing terrace or from its open-plan living room with a fully fitted and equipped kitchen (fridge, stovetop, oven, extractor fan, microwave, and dishwasher). The living area offers 2 to 3 beds with a comfortable sofa bed (140 cm) and a fireside chair (90 cm). The entrance has a closet, the bathroom has a window, a washing machine, and a separate toilet. Private parking is available and a bicycle storage room is available.
