"No. The pool was closed 2 days we were there. There weren’t many chairs in pool area for a property its size. The pool was not heated as was indicated on website. We asked three times to have the room cleaned. They came once and made the bed, threw out trash and gave clean towels. They did not sweep or clean the floor which is what I requested. They had a wedding on the grounds which limited our access to the property which they did not notify us about. "

"It was nice to sit on the balcony and look at the Marina and ocean. However, all the balconies are small-only two can sit and that is tight."

"Pool and pool area was lovely and well maintained! The poolside Tiki Bar was a great option for drinks and food available there was reasonably priced and tasty. There are 3-4 restaurants you can walk to (5 min walk) and that is also a big plus. Our only caution was that this is an older property and some of the rooms are very "worn". We first had a King Accessible room and asked to move to a 2 Queen room that was in much better condition. Staff was very helpful and I would recommend this hotel as long as you understand that it is an older property."

"This was the most moldy room I have ever entered. That being said, I've stayed in some pretty moldy and smelly rooms in Florida before. This was by far the worst. After a half hour of being in the room, my face started swelling up and I could audibly hear and feel my heart beating. I decided I could not stay here, and luckily even though it was late, I was able to catch an Uber to a much nicer hotel on Key Largo. The photos in the listing look nice, but the signs of water damage are visible in the peeling and black moldy drywall tape. The AC unit is also dirty with the rotary fan being coated in black mold. I would guess that this room, being on the first floor, only feet from the water, has been very wet each hurricane season. I called management that night and they offered me a full refund. Several weeks later, I was able to get that refund after going back and forth with Expedia's support, so it all worked out in the end, lesson learned."

"I made a last minute reservation to stay just one night and found the room ready for me and staff very welcoming. All rooms are second floor level and there is no lift or elevator, but an excellent ramp makes it possible to wheel suitcases or a wheelchair to the room. The bedroom in my one-bed unit was also up a flight of stairs inside the unit. The unit itself was wonderful with a generous kitchen and living space, and a nice balcony overlooking the channel."

"We were placed in a room far away from most things. The pool was a short walk away. The room was surface clean but not deep cleaned. There was a stain on the couch cushion when we made the pull out couch for our child. There wasn’t a vent in the bathroom and the bathroom was in between the two bedrooms without a window. Otherwise, everything was ok. We only stayed for 1 day. The staff was great!"

"The place was very clean and staff very nice. We got in very late and was only there that night,so other than sleeping I didn’t get much time for amenities, but everything on grounds was very clean and looked to be an amazing stay for longer stays. The tranquility of sitting on the deck was amazing. "

"Our original room did not have an ocean view. When we got there we decided we would like to upgrade. They were very helpful and we ended up with the most perfect room for our stay! Old Florida feel with all the modern convenience. Staff were wonderful! "
