They sat down with us and made sure we knew how the tram worked and everything Bordeaux had to offer. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The room was clean and quite large. The bedding exceptional and bathroom very nice."

10/10 Excellent
Stayed for 3 nights in the top floor room with the spiral staircase. You enter the room and there are 2 chairs to enjoy sitting with the balcony open. The spiral staircase is unique and we loved it, just take your time up and down, that’s all. Bedroom, and bathing area are beautifully decorated. Bed is very comfortable. We had the best sleep, so quiet. The grounds are so well kept, you feel like you’re in a private park with a castle. The breakfast is incredible, homemade yogurts, fruit,...
