Overall it was very nice, nicely remodeled, all the amenities that you need, Good if you like firm beds, Small cozy 2 bedroom with a sofa that folds down to accommodate one or two small people.

Quick trip to visit our son. Small and clean with the necessities provided. Furniture was cute but hard and uncomfortable to sit on. Beds were hard as well. But overall, it worked well for what we needed.

Adorable, cozy home & quiet neighborhood

We were here for an MSU visit, this place was great! Beds were comfy, lovely living space, and all the kitchen amenities. This worked great for our family (17 yo and 3yo). Loved how close everything was, didn’t have to travel far at all. And Taylor was very responsive to our messages. Highly recommend!

Great Location

The house was a prefect size for the 3 of us who came from Oregon for a family wedding. Everything we needed for a 5-night stay was available in the house, even a washer/dryer. The location was perfect for our travels in Lansing, Holt & Eagle. Neighborhood was quiet and just a couple of blocks away from a park and river trail. Also close by stores. We'd definitely stay here again when we come back to Lansing.

Baseball Mom at The Beal House

I was in town for a baseball tournament for my son. We truly enjoyed our stay, everything was convenient to The Beal House. The house was very clean and comfortable. I will stay here whenever I’m in Lansing. Our host was excellent and always responded immediately. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Linda & Samantha

Nice, quiet stay!

We were in town for a weekend tournament and wanted to avoid a noisy hotel. Taylor's place gave us a nice, quiet place to rest and prepare familiar foods rather than relying on carryout all weekend.The kitchen was well stocked and the bathroom and bedrooms had plenty of linens. The neighborhood was very quiet and even though we arrived in a snowstorm, the driveway was shoveled the very next day!

I stayed at this home for a week and it was the perfect size, the neighborhood was quiet, I had what I needed and I especially liked the coffee bar! Taylor is a very responsive host and I appreciated all of his information so I had a good stay! Thanks again!
