I would avoid. We turned up for our booking and our room wasn’t ready , although our names were on the board in reception. The staff didn’t seem apologetic even though we had arrived there at 7pm and they had all day to contact us to say there had been a mess up with the bookings . I’ve also read this had happened to other people . He hesitantly got us another room at a hotel which wasn’t as nice and not what we paid for. He told us to come back at 2 pm the next day for our room so we’ve now missed our on 1 and half days in the room we were supposed to have . When we arrive at 2pm the staff explains the room still isn’t ready. This was not acceptable considering everything that had happened again there was no urgency or a sorry or even a care. He was very unhelpful. We’ve been travelling since January and have been very opened minded on where we’ve stayed & I’ve never had to write a bad review but this really wasn’t okay . So just be weary booking here . I would recommend kasbah as it’s the same location as the location is really good but same price.
