It is a guesthouse so there is no service during the stay and you must let them know in advance when you are arriving so someone can be there with a key. "Absolutely great hotel with a even better location. Not exactly by the ocean but it’s very nice. Aside of the not so friendly check in lady, the service and attention for detail was great! They had a birthday cake for me in my room, and the free daily mini fridge with goodies in it is an absolutely great touch and wish more hotels did that also. Great staff, especially at breakfast. Great selection for buffet style breakfast, pool area was nice but small and can get over used and packed. Rooms with balconies are a great touch also. All in all fantastic stay, amazing location and would definitely stay here my next visit to Langkawi. "
