Hotel is undergoing a complete renovation. My room was large and very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Only negative is it sits adjacent a major thruway with all night traffic. Not good for a light sleeper.

Our room was clean, the staff very helpful. The breakfast was descent. As of 09/24/26, the hotel is in the middle of a renovation. There are shipments of TVs and other things in the lobby and renovation of the rooms is progressing. Construction did not interfere with our stay. The hotel is in a good location, right off route 30, which is a main thoroughfare in Lancaster. Tons of shopping and restaurants. The Amish House & Farm were also close to the hotel.

Hotel rooms were very clean and staff was helpful. However, they are undergoing a renovation, so there was plastic over every window on the exterior and the hallways were packed with new furniture and electronics. The one negative part was the road noise. They highway is 50-100 feet away. Great for all the local attractions, but loud.

Disliked: Amenities
While we appreciated the cleanliness of the newly renovated rooms, they were clearly not completed. There was no inclination online that the hotel was under massive renovation. We had wires hanging from the ceilings, exposed outlets and many missing amenities in the room that are incredibly useful for a stay. The staff was friendly and helpful when we reached out.

They are remodeling right now so the place is in shambles. The first room we got was absolutely horrible but they did change us immediately when we complain to a better room. By far this is not a modern hotel. They only served eggs if there was a lot of people there if there weren't a lot of people all you got was oatmeal and pancakes.

A very clean and spacious room and the hotel guests were quiet! ie. no door slamming or running in the halls. My only complaint was the street noise at night and a pair or ear plugs will take care of that!!

I appreciate the cleanliness but the amenities were not all met. We were missing the coffee pot, ironing board and iron. One of the sinks was not fully installed, pipes on the floor. I suppose this was because of the renovations being done, there were boxes of the new things to be installed all around. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Our breakfast was good with a variety of things offered, the staff was great. I would try them again once it’s fully renovated.
